SHIPPING POLICY

Although rare due to Clarry Hill Pottery's careful packing, items can be occasionally damaged in shipping.  If you should receive a damaged item, please email us at clarryhillpottery@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your damaged order.  Include photos of the damaged item as well as the box and packaging.

At Clarry Hill Pottery we focus on crafting pleasingly functional handmade pottery that is durable and of high quality.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your pottery purchase, we do accept returns under the following guidelines.

  • Store credit only for returns; no refunds.

  • Returns must be in new condition with no signs of use or wear.  Items that are damaged from use or general wear are not returnable.

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you.

  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt, email order confirmation).

  • Clarry Hill Pottery is not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping, therefore we strongly encourage you to pack return items very well.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
